Crisis Facing Our Community
Our community is facing a crisis of unprecedented proportions. Families are buckling under the crushing weight of exorbitant private school tuition, and the toll is nothing short of devastating. Picture a family with eight children, struggling to manage the demands of a mortgage, food, clothing, and the astronomical costs of education and camp. This relentless financial pressure isn’t just challenging—it’s tearing families apart at the seams.
Parents are working tirelessly, often holding multiple jobs, yet they still fall short of covering the basics. The constant financial strain is wearing them down, leaving them physically and emotionally exhausted. They are finding it increasingly difficult to be present for their children, impacting their ability to offer the support and nurturing their kids need. The stress is seeping into every aspect of their lives, creating a home environment filled with worry and uncertainty. This burden is not only affecting their own well-being but is also deeply impacting their children’s emotional health and development.
Our schools, too, are suffering deeply. They are desperately underfunded and unable to offer fair wages to the dedicated teachers who are the backbone of our children’s education. Many educators are forced into second jobs just to make ends meet, which detracts from their ability to fully engage with and support their students. This cycle of financial strain is preventing our schools from attracting and retaining the talented educators our children desperately need.
As if that weren’t enough, schools are responding to this crisis by adding more fees each year, exacerbating the financial strain on families. This relentless increase only deepens the financial hardship and further stresses already struggling households. The situation is dire, and immediate, effective action is needed to provide relief and restore balance.

Our mission is to lift the unbearable financial strain crushing families in our community and to safeguard the future of Jewish education. Parents shouldn’t have to sacrifice their well-being—or their children’s future—just to make ends meet. By creating a sustainable endowment fund, we aim to provide lasting relief for struggling families, ensure talented teachers are properly valued, and allow children to thrive in schools where they can grow spiritually and academically.
We focus on empowering parents to negotiate the best possible tuition arrangements while stepping in afterward to ease the remaining burden—ensuring schools don’t take advantage of the fund by raising prices. Through compassion and action, we are building a foundation where families can focus on raising healthy, happy children, and educators can inspire the next generation with passion and purpose. Together, we can create a stronger, more vibrant community for years to come.

Our Leadership
Rabbi Lieblich’s journey in education began at 23 years old, when he became the principal of HaMesivta.
This early start shaped his belief that relationships are everything, and his deep conviction that every child and individual is inherently good, desires to succeed, and is deserving of the opportunity to.
Driven by the belief that every child wants to do well and make their teachers and parents proud, Rabbi Lieblich launched his vision to facilitate long term and lasting education for Jewish children, families and communities.
